Whether it be online or offline, from helping with creating objectives, to see which of the metrics will help our brand surpass our competitors have helped us improve our lifetime value of a customer, and KPI’s have even helped increase our website traffic. KPI’s are a crucial part of our business when it comes to a growth strategy. Every brand should be following these factors to stand out in their industry.
